Join Our Jungle Dinner Experience – Bamboo Cooking Demonstration

Meet your guide at 16:00 pm at our reception, where he will demonstrate the local craft of bamboo cooking, using young, green bamboo shoots.

You will observe how bamboo is used to cook and prepare delicious meals on an open fire.

Participate in the Preparation of Thai Dishes

Your guide will start a fire, and you will help to prepare a variety of Thai dishes:

• Green Curry

• Barbecue Chicken

• Mixed Vegetable Selection

• Rice wrapped in local leaves

• Delicious Pancakes, all cooked in bamboo shoots

Enjoy Dinner with a View

Dine in our open-air restaurant with views over the river, surrounded by nature.

This demonstration is suitable for the whole family, including children and infants of all ages.
