Kids Activities at Jungle Life Camp

KIDS ACTIVITIES AT OUR JUNGLE LIFE CAMP

Have fun with nature! These activities are designed to engage children with their environment in an exciting and meaningful way. Parents love to join in with the activities, but you are also welcome to enjoy a relaxing morning around the resort instead (see Additional Information).

Jungle Life Camp is an environmental education center funded by Our Jungle Resorts. Our goal is to use the amazing surroundings in Khao Sok to inspire both local people and visitors, young and old, to take good care of our precious planet!

Half Day Morning Program:

9:00 AM – 11:30 PM (2 ½ hours)

• 9 am Our activity leader will walk you to Jungle Life Camp
• Shelter Building: “There’s a storm coming!” We will use handmade ropes and other natural materials like banana leaves to build a shelter.
• Amazing Insects: Explore the fascinating world of bugs! We will catch and identify various insects on our farm, and learn about the important roles insects play in nature and in our everyday lives.
• 11.30 am Return to the reception area

PRICING:

Morning Only : 9:00 – 11:30 AM

• • Children (4-12 YOA): 600 THB per child
  • Adults may join free of charge

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Family activities are designed for children 4 to 12 years, but are suitable for teenagers and lot of fun for adults too!
• Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Parents are recommended not to leave the resort while their children are participating in activities but are welcome to join for observation and support
• Activities are weather dependent. We do not cancel but activities will be adapted to be run indoors.
• The activities are conducted in English (parental attendance is recommended if the child is not proficient in English).
