Room Occupancy

Room prices are for 1-2 person occupancy, additional charges for extra guests and/or mattresses may apply.

Booking Process

After making a reservation you will receive an email containing all necessary information, including:

Our staff personally reviews all reservation submissions—if you have any questions leave a note in the “Notes” section of the reservation form or contact us directly. There’s no question too big or small.

Deposit and Payment

Reservation Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit, which will be deducted from your total bill. You can make your deposit payment via our Credit Card Payment Page, in reference to your assigned booking number!

During Your Stay:
All payments, including room charges, transfer and tour services, and fees, are to be processed through the hotel and settled at reception upon check-out only. Payments made directly to third-party suppliers cannot be used to settle your final bill.

Check-out Payment:
We kindly ask that you settle your remaining balance in Thai Baht currency, preferably in cash. In Khao Sok town and on Our Jungle Camp Property, there are ATMs available in case you need access to cash.

If you prefer to settle the balance by credit card, please note that additional charges will apply. Payments made through our online payment gateway, Flywire, are subject to a 3% surcharge. Payments made by credit card machine at the resort are subject to a 4% surcharge to cover banking and processing fees. These charges will be added to the final bill.

 

Fuel Surcharge Policy

Due to increased fuel prices in Thailand, a fuel surcharge applies to all lake tours and associated packages.

Effective immediately:

  • THB 350 per person for overnight lake tours
  • THB 250 per person for lake day trips

Children receive a 50% discount on the above charges, Infants are exempt. This surcharge helps maintain the quality and reliability of our services and may be adjusted in line with fuel price changes.

CANCELATION POLICY

For room cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, we offer two options for handling your deposit:

1.) Credit: Your deposit can be credited without any additional costs and remains valid for up to 1 years from the initial check-in date.

2.) Refund: If you choose a refund, an administrative fee of 20% or a minimum of 400 THB per booking will be deducted. Refunds will be processed at the end of each calendar month.
Please note that when rescheduling or rebooking using a credit note, room availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and you may be required to cover any price differences, as our room rates vary by type and season.

For cancellations made within 29 to 15 days before your arrival:
50% of your deposit can be retained for a future stay or refunded.

For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival or in the case of a no-show:
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used for future stays.

Upon Chcck-In at the resort
Any changes to length of stay are fully charged.

Regarding Lake & Land-Based Tours and Transfers:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour or transfer date to avoid full charges.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will incur full charges, which will be added to your room bill.

This policy is in place to cover arrangements and resources secured in advance. We are happy to provide a supporting letter for travel insurance claims upon request.

Child Policy

  • Four to Ten Years of Age (4-10 YOA) are considered Children and are entitled to Child discounts on Tours & Activities indicated below:
    • Child discount on Pre-Booked Land Based Tours & Activities applies if accompanied by two full paying adults.
    • Full-Day Join In and Private Lake Tours are discounted for Children.
  • Below Four Years of Age (<4 YOA) are considered Infants and are accommodated Free of Charge (FOC) if existing bedding is used.
