Booking Process

After making a reservation you will receive an email containing all necessary information, including:

  • How to get here
  • Tours and activities information

Our staff personally reviews all reservation submissions—if you have any questions leave a note in the “Notes” section of the reservation form or contact us directly. There’s no question too big or small.

More than one booking? Please submit a new booking for each, or contact us with the details.

Deposit and Payment

We collect a deposit of 1 night + transfers (if any—from the airport, for example) to confirm your reservation. The deposit can be made with any major credit card. A deposit is required within 48 hours of making a reservation.

Cancelation Policy

We aim to be fair and equitable with all our guests.

30 days before arrival:
Refunds will be made via Paypal only and a fee of 20% (400 baht minimum) will be retained. Alternatively, your full deposit can be used as credit for future visits by you or your friends.

Within 30 days of arrival:
Refunds will not be provided, however your full deposit can be used as credit for future visits by you or your friends.

No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of stay date:
No refunds will be provided nor will your deposit be able to be used in any way for future visits.
